Most of the game is played in the first-person view through Samus's visor, which offers both heads-up display and scanner abilities, but Samus can also roll up into a ball to negotiate tight spots. What's really cool is that the game shifts to a third-person trailing perspective in this mode, which helps refresh the gameplay.
